How can I start working with you?
To begin your journey with me, simply book either a wellness planning or fitness training session and complete all required forms online. You may also call me at any time with questions or concerns. Feel free to leave a message if I am unavailable. I do not answer phone calls when working with clients, so leaving a message is important for contacting me. I do accept text messages. Please include your first and last name along with your questions.

What should I prepare for my initial consultation?
Your first consultation with me will be extensive. I will cover your current health needs, your goals, and your health history to ensure we are a good fit and that you are in a safe condition for beginning your journey. If there are limitations, we will discuss appropriate steps for getting you on track. Expect to discuss lifestyle, nutrition, stress management, and any physical concerns you may have. If you are currently under the care of a medical doctor, it may be necessary to obtain approval before beginning a program.

Do you offer group consultations or workshops?
I do! Booking group sessions is a little different as the prices and needs will vary. Just give me a call and I can add in a session for you to book based on your specific needs.
